功效

滋阴、润燥、生津、安神 

精心搭配的药材（3 - 5 人份）

准山：补脾养胃，生津益肺
玉竹：养阴润燥，生津止渴
龙眼肉：补益心脾，养血安神
雪梨干：滋阴润肺
枸杞：滋补肝肾，益精明目
红枣：补中益气，养血安神

靓汤煮法

1. 清洗药材
2. 将药材放入锅内，加入2公升水
3. 以大火煮至沸腾，转小火煲约90分钟
4. 加入适量盐调味

温馨提示

• 依照喜好自备鸡肉、猪肉、牛肉等
• 对汤料药材敏感者不宜食用
• 若2周内暂不食用，建议放入冰箱保鲜

Ingredients (Servings per package: 3 - 5 pax)

Rhizoma Dioscoreae: Tonify Spleen and Stomach, generate body fluid and strengthen Lung

Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati: Nourish Yin and moisten dryness, generate body fluid and relieve thirst

Arillus Longan: Tonify Heart and Spleen, nourish blood and calm mind (Spirit)

Dried pear: Nourish Yin and moisten Lung

Fructus Lycii: Nourish Liver and Kidney, replenish Essence and improve vision

Fructus Jujubae: Tonify Middle Energizer Qi, nourish blood and calm mind (Spirit)

Cooking instruction

1. Rinse the ingredients.
2. Put the ingredients into a pot, and add 2L of water.
3. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 90 minutes.
4. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
