功效

健脾袪湿、利小便、祛水肿

适合

湿重所致的四肢困重、水肿

精心搭配的药材（3 - 5 人份）

眉豆：调中益气，健脾益肾
赤小豆：利水消肿，解毒排脓
白扁豆：健脾化湿，和中消暑
玉米须：利尿消肿，平肝利胆
陈皮：理气健脾，燥湿化痰
金丝蜜枣：补益脾胃，滋养阴血

靓汤煮法

1. 清洗药材
2. 将药材放入锅内，加入2公升水
3. 以大火煮至沸腾，转小火煲约90分钟
4. 加入适量盐调味

温馨提示

• 依照喜好自备鸡肉、猪肉、牛肉等
• 对汤料药材敏感者不宜食用
• 若2周内暂不食用，建议放入冰箱保鲜

Black-eyed pea: Harmonize Middle Energizer and replenish Qi, invigorate Spleen and tonify Kidney

Semen Phaseoli: Promote diuresis and reduce swelling, eliminate toxic and drain pus

Semen Lablab Album: Invigorate Spleen and resolve dampness, harmonize Middle Energizer and clear Summer-Heat

Stigma Maydis: Promote diuresis and reduce swelling, pacify Liver and Gallblader

Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae: Regulate Qi and invigorate Spleen, dry Dampness and resolve phlegm

Honey dates: Tonify Spleen and Stomach, nourish yin and blood

Cooking instruction

1. Rinse the ingredients.
2. Put the ingredients into a pot, and add 2L of water.
3. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 90 minutes.
4. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
